JARS Cannabis in Phoenix is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Packager to join our fast-paced lab. You will weigh, label, and package cannabis concentrates, keep a clean workspace, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

You will work in a team-focused environment with daily production goals. Prior packaging experience and familiarity with cannabis regulations are a plus. FA card preferred, renewal is at cost.

Qualifications

• Previous packaging or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cannabis compliance and handling regulations is a plus.
• Active FA card preferred (note: employees are responsible for renewing expired FA cards at a cost of $300).

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, label, and package cannabis concentrates.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces in a full-scrub lab environment.
• Adhere to strict safety, compliance, and quality control standards.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Prepare and process biomass for extraction operations
• Package and label extraction socks/bags for use in extraction booths
• Ensure extraction materials are accurately weighed, packed, and documented
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of extraction prep and packaging areas
• Morning Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM-12 AM
