TerrAscend Corp. is a leading cannabis company with operations across North America, including a Waterfall, PA facility.

The next full-time Manufacturing Technician will be a key player in production, assisting in processing and packaging activities, and coordinating daily department openings and closures with the manager. You will work to ensure production schedules are met, maintain equipment, and support training and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Assembly environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated to learn and improve.
• Strong mathematical skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide various units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the daily production schedule to ensure attainment of efficiency goals.
• Verify that all applicable areas, tools, and processing equipment are maintained and in good working order before each shift.
• Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools and working surfaces.
• Manufacture products according to processing batch records using manual and semi-automated equipment.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Keep work area clean and well organized.
• Inspect work area for safety and eGMP compliance at arrival and departure.
• Complete batch records and documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems.
• Support process development and continuous improvement.
