Urbn Leaf is seeking a creative Cannabis Marketing Intern to join our expanding marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, brand strategy, and community engagement within California's cannabis industry.

You will assist in content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates, help execute campaigns, conduct market research, and collaborate with design to develop graphics and videos.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in cannabis industry and learning mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Assist in content creation for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends.
• Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and analyzing metrics.
• Collaborate with design team to develop marketing materials (graphics & videos).
• Assist in planning events, pop-ups, and community outreach initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with California cannabis regulations.
