Job summary

BeLeaf Medical is hiring an Order Fulfillment Technician in Missouri to handle packaging, staging, and shipping of wholesale orders for Swade Dispensaries and Sinse Cannabis. Based in our facilities, you’ll manage inventory, ensure on-time delivery, and support a fast-growing cannabis operation with a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment software.
• Detail-oriented with consistently accurate counts and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 21+ years old; ability to obtain State Agent ID.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, package, and stage all orders, ensuring the accuracy of every form and manifest.
• Determine product requirements and prepare the required paperwork.
• Collaborate with the Logistics team on delivery routing and scheduling.
• Manage the finished-goods inventory from processing to fulfillment.
• Generate and communicate accurate inventory reports and status updates to internal team and wholesale partners on request.
• Learn and master the order-fulfillment and inventory-management functions of the company inventory tracking system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Increase productivity and maintain professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.
