Job summary

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with counts, data entry, and documentation.
• Comfortable using a scanner, inventory software, and email.
• Clear written communication; able to produce a daily report and shift handoff.
• Willingness to stop work and elevate a problem rather than work around it.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload inbound staging, match receipts to packing list/PO, put-away with FIFO.
• Shipping: stage outbound material, verify item/quantity/destination, label and record shipments.
• Inventory, Materials, and 5S: keep materials in marked locations, support counts, maintain 5S.
