Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) seeks a Transportation Dispatch/Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee warehousing, order fulfillment, and cannabis product transportation. You will coordinate secure, compliant deliveries between facilities and to retail or wholesale customers.

Responsibilities include supervising label creation, assisting drivers for on-time deliveries, and ensuring state and company policy compliance while monitoring time and attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of customer service with order tracking and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of METRC and Biotrack software.
• Must be 25+ years old with valid driver's license and clean record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain transportation documentation, including METRC packages.
• Maintain daily communication with drivers for timeliness of deliveries.
• Oversee local/state deliveries and ensure on-schedule routes.
• Coordinate driver routes, accommodations, and schedules as needed.
• Perform regular digital inventory audits to verify records and compliance.
• Audit METRC inventory data to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as communication point between customers, internal teams, and sales.
• Manage daily fulfillment operations and print labels for packages.
• Coordinate routing, manifests, and compliance docs for transportation.
• Supervise staff with daily direction and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.
• Monitor employee time, attendance, and staffing levels.
• Ensure activities comply with all regulations and SOPs.
• Collaborate with operations, inventory, compliance, and sales.
