Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to report to the Logistics Manager and support the AYR Logistics Team. You will ensure deliveries are accurate and compliant with state cannabis regulations, and you should have experience with inventory management, invoicing, manifesting, shipping, and cannabis systems including Leaflogix, METRC, and Leaf Link.

Responsibilities include scheduling labor, supervising drivers, reconciling seed-to-sale data, tracking KPIs, building weekly delivery

Qualifications

• 2 years Inventory/Logistics Experience
• High school diploma/GED required
• Able to pass all background checks/fingerprints as required by state cannabis agencies

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working environment by performing safety audits and corrective actions
• Adhere to and manage AYR Operating System (AOS) within the area
• Schedule labor and manage daily adjustments to meet production requirements
• Audit area to ensure team has tools necessary for success
• Receive wholesale and retail orders from sales team via Leaf Link
• Create transfer manifests in Leaflogix and METRC
• Supervise drivers who prepare and deliver cannabis products
• Reconcile seed-to-sale software to ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure products are manifested and shipped per state regulations
• Provide retail with itineraries and ETA for transfers using route software
• Build weekly delivery schedules and adjust routes based on requests
• File manifest paperwork per regulations
• Track logistics KPIs and present data visually
• Monitor monthly shipped units vs production plan
• Assist with other duties as assigned
