Job summary

Kaycha Group, Inc. is a leading cannabis and hemp testing provider. The Lab Analyst performs qualitative and quantitative assays, including GC/MS, HPLC, LC/MS, and ICP/MS, with careful sample prep, calibration, and QC.

You will interpret data, maintain instruments, manage SOPs, and assist trainings while meeting deadlines and safety standards. A BS/BA and 2+ years’ lab experience are required; cannabis exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Engineering or Environmental Sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of post-college laboratory experience.
• Cannabis industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze samples using GC/MS as primary tech along with HPLC, LC/MS, ICP/MS.
• Prepare samples and calibrations with accuracy to avoid cross-contamination.
• Interpret data and assess accuracy, precision, and QC.
• Maintain and service lab equipment; report issues to supervisor.
• Collaborate to meet reporting deadlines and participate in investigations.
