Job summary

Kaycha Group, Inc. is a leading provider of innovative Cannabis and Hemp testing technologies and methods. The Lab Analyst role involves performing and documenting qualitative and quantitative assays on diverse samples using GC/MS and other modern instruments.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour with weekend hours. Responsibilities include method validation, sample prep, data interpretation, and maintaining equipment while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Engineering or Environmental Sciences required.
• At least 2 years of post-college laboratory experience.
• Exposure to the cannabis industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze samples using GC/MS as the primary technology and supporting techniques (HPLC, LC/MS, ICP/MS).
• Prepare samples and calibrations with strict contamination control.
• Interpret data for accuracy, precision, trends, and QC requirements.
