Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Technician to join our expanding supply chain team. You will support the warehouse by picking, packing, and shipping to retail locations, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels in the vault and warehouse.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and compliance as you enter data, manage stock movements, assist with production kits, and work with the Supply Chain Manager on improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related coursework preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BioTrack, Leaf Logix, MJ Freeway, METRC, Leafly, Dutchie, etc.

Responsibilities

• Execute picking, packing, and manifesting of orders to fulfill shipments to retail locations.
• Ensure orders are packed according to company standards and labeled for dispatch.
• Conduct routine cycle counts to verify stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Update the inventory system with data on all movements (receiving, storing, shipping).
• Assist in receiving processes by inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Label and store received goods as per standards; organize warehouse and vault spaces.
