Job summary

Thrive Cannabis Marketplace in North Las Vegas is seeking an Inventory Associate to maintain accurate inventory, assist with receiving and stocking, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will support sales through well-organized stock and adherence to company policies.

The role requires knowledge of METRC and IC systems, adherence to state laws, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment. On-site position with physical requirements as listed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude toward vendors.
• Acknowledge and elevate customer complaints when necessary.
• Know products, answer questions on specifics, pricing, and availability.
• Inspire consumer confidence and loyalty to the brand.
• Stay calm and professional in difficult situations.
• Operate METRC and the IC inventory system accurately.
• Maintain logs per state and company requirements.
• Document inventory handling with proper paperwork.
• Verify products comply with state/city regulations.
• Receive product into stock with emphasis on compliance.
• Coordinate with facility managers for verifications, adjustments, returns, transfers.
• Maintain documents for cultivation, production, and dispensary use.
• Organize the dispensary and perform daily upkeep.
• Monitor sales trends and participate in training and surveys.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and basic training.
• Complete physical inventory counts regularly.
• Monitor discrepancies and notify management.
• Restock product to ensure sales readiness.
• Barcode product when required.
• Help build showroom displays.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Management.
