Job summary

Savvyherb is seeking an Inventory Lead for a full-time, second-shift role at $17.50/hour on-site in Illinois. You will manage on-site inventory, audit raw materials and finished goods within a cannabis cultivation facility, and help cross-train in other departments.

You will assist in training, coach team members, track seed-to-sale product flow, and ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs and laws. Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Two years in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
• Experience with inventory management and audits.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform regular audits.
• Team player with good time management.
• Must be 21+ and eligible for cannabis commission registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Inventory Managers with new hire training.
• Coach Leads and Specialists.
• Track seed-to-sale of products as they leave the facility.
• Execute inventory control measures to minimize holding and ensure accurate entries.
• Support regular and random audits.
• Maintain compliance with state and local laws.
• Ensure proper labeling and accounting in the seed-to-sale system.
• Provide support to cultivation, harvest, and production teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
