Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Working knowledge of California employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Experience leading workplace investigations and advising managers.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms; proficient in Google Workspace.
• Strong judgment, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Clear written and verbal communication with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR department with clear priorities and goals.
• Oversee policies, handbooks, and state-specific updates.
• Advise site leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Prepare HR metrics and executive-level reports.
