Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) in New Jersey seeks an Order Fulfillment Lead to support the Transportation Manager. You will ensure correct labeling and packaging, manage time and attendance, and execute duties to maintain 100% compliance with orders and METRC procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating routes, updating systems, and performing inventory audits. Must be 21+, pass screenings, and contribute to a compliant cannabis operations team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience with responsibility for order tracking, problem resolution and customer interface preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with passion, enthusiasm, and focus.

Responsibilities

• Complete manifest and METRC Documentation Packages.
• Assist with planning and coordinating distribution driver routes and accommodations.
• Communicate with external customers and internal staff and sales team members.
• Update internal systems to reflect status changes of orders, deliveries, and schedules.
• Complete local and statewide deliveries as needed to meet deadlines.
