Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to help label, package, and ship products in a production-scale medical cannabis facility. You will handle labeling, counting cannabinoids, and maintaining printers and related inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

The role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment while following safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years in manufacturing/shipping operations.
• Able to read and follow procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Labeling, packaging, or shipping products in a production cannabis facility.
• Maintain label accuracy and print quality; manage inventory of labels and printers.
• Restock inventory such as printheads, ink, and labels.
• Complete daily print jobs with high quality labels and timely output.
• Document labels approved and logs of daily activities.
