Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess valid state ID.
• Able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements to work in cannabis industry (background check required).
• Associate's degree or Certifications preferred.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance activities including defoliation, pruning, skirting and other tasks with precision.
• Meet production goals and maintain a high level of performance.
• Follow department SOPs.
• Be able to recognize different strains, requirements of the strain, growth patterns and identify anomalies.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while accomplishing individual tasks.
• Maintain and calibrate tools, equipment and machinery as directed by a lead or supervisor.
