Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Security Specialist for our cannabis cultivation facility in Readington Township, NJ. You will manage badge issuance, sign-in procedures, and surveillance monitoring to protect people and assets.

The role requires a valid SORA license, US work authorization, and compliance with all laws and SOPs. It is a full-time, hourly position with shift 7a–3:30p and a focus on security operations and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations and procedures required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn facility equipment safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to register as a cannabis agent.

Responsibilities

• Check in all employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure sign-in by all visitors, vendors, and drivers.
• Scan IDs and issue temporary badges.
• Maintain logs of scanned IDs and facility activity.
• Monitor security systems and notify management as needed.
• Coordinate schedules for cash deposits and shipments.
