Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking an Extraction Specialist to support on-site cannabis extraction operations. You will prepare materials, operate equipment, conduct extractions, and ensure quality through testing and process controls.

Candidate must be able to follow detailed instructions, work safely with hazardous materials, and lift up to 50 pounds. US work authorization and state cannabis agent registration required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, biomass, and raw materials for extraction.
• Execute extractions and post-extraction processes.
• Operate extraction equipment such as rotary evaporators, reactors, and filtration equipment.
• Ensure product quality through testing and procedures.
• Collect samples for quality testing.
• Regularly clean and sterilize equipment and workspace.
• Maintain inventory records of materials, chemicals, waste, and equipment.
• Dispose lab waste and manage MSDS for chemicals and products.
• Follow laboratory safety protocols and SOPs.
• Monitor quality measures in compliance with laws.
• Inform Extraction Manager of discrepancies and remediation needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean production environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
