Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to support multiple gardens within a cannabis cultivation facility. You will maintain quality control and health of crops from propagation to pre-harvest, and you may assist other departments as needed.

This full-time role pays $17 per hour and requires 1–3 years in a related position, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and compliance with cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instruction and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to work safely and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management, fertilization, pest monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth in grow rooms.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by Cultivation Manager.
• Monitor quality control measures and ensure compliance with state/local laws.
• Maintain logs and track cultivation activities as required.
