Job summary

Trulieve in El Mirage, AZ is seeking an Extraction Technician I to support extraction and production operations, focusing on prepping, weighing, and ensuring quality of input and output material.

You will work under the Extraction Lead or Supervisor, follow cGMP standards, and maintain detailed documentation and equipment checks. The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extraction support in manufacturing and operations.
• Focus on prep, weigh, and quality of input/output material.
• Attention to detail and understanding of extraction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and material for quality.
• Weigh and package material according to brand standards.
• Assist extraction tech 2; perform basic setup and document checks.
• Record equipment checks and PM documentation; escalate issues.
• Verify sealing equipment operation and maintain PPE and cGMP standards.
• Maintain detailed task records and collaborate with facilities teams.
• Monitor equipment performance and address anomalies per SOP.
• Notify leads of quality or machine issues and fixes performed.
• Attend to other duties as assigned by management.
