Job summary

GritHR Solutions, LLC is seeking an Extraction Supervisor in Missouri to lead hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction operations, distillation, and post-processing. This hands-on role oversees production schedules, batch records, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding a team of technicians.

You will ensure procedures meet Missouri cannabis regulations and METRC requirements, coach staff, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three to five years of hands-on cannabis processing experience are required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two areas: hydrocarbon extraction, ethanol extraction, post-processing, or wiped-film distillation.
• Valid Missouri Agent ID is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise extraction technicians and provide daily leadership.
• Oversee hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction, post-processing and distillation activities.
• Maintain production schedules, batch records, and safety compliance.
• Lead onboarding, training, and qualification of new technicians on SOPs.
