Qualifications

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older (18 in NY).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must consent to a criminal background check and pass it.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to junior lab technicians.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety measures.
• Manage complex extraction procedures, optimizing yield and quality.
• Implement and refine extraction techniques such as CO2, ethanol, hydrocarbon.
• Conduct quality control checks on extracted products for consistency and purity.
• Maintain records of extraction activities, batch logs, and quality control reports.
