Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance.
• Ganjier certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and create a positive dispensary experience.
• Educate patients and customers on cannabis strains, effects, and product options.
• Highlight exclusive specials to increase sales opportunities.
• Enter and access patient records, verify identities, and ensure eligibility to purchase.
• Handle transactions accurately and record purchases in the Dispensary Management System.
• Maintain a clean, organized dispensary and inventory with Dispensary Managers.
