Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Kitchen Associate to manufacture cannabis-infused edible products in our Massachusetts production kitchen. You will support the Kitchen Supervisor in all aspects of cannabis production, including recipe prep, packaging, and maintaining clean, sanitized workspaces.

The role offers a 4-day work week with a 6:00am–4:30pm shift (Mon–Thu) and a starting wage of $19 per hour, with experience-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card obtained upon hire.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cannabis edibles and medicated tinctures.
• Scale and mix ingredients according to standard recipes.
• Utilize electric mixers and other industrial kitchen tools.
• Monitor product quality and inventory of raw materials.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of produced goods.
• Keep kitchen areas and tools clean, sanitized, and organized.
