Qualifications

• Cannabis experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains; train others.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Assist customers with product selections and education on cannabis methods.
• Oversee cash handling, POS usage, and data entry.
• Ensure security measures and store cleanliness.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff.
