Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate to educate customers on cannabis products, facilitate purchases in compliance with state laws, and deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism.

The role requires a high-school diploma or equivalent, 21+ (18+ in some states), cash handling experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Cash handling experience required.
• Retail and/or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers/patients about products and effects with empathy.
• Process orders and sales in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies and procedures and assist with returns.
