STIIIZY, the premier cannabis brand, is seeking a Sales Associate in San Jose to join our retail team. This part-time role requires enthusiasm, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude to deliver the ultimate cannabis shopping experience.

You will advise customers, process transactions, and help promote STIIIZY’s diverse product line while aligning with our core values of influence, inspire, innovate, win, and grow. This position starts at $20.50/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability preferred, able to work all hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs, preferences and budgets.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Drive store sales and contribute to achieving company goals and metrics.
• Pick & pack orders and assist with customer service duties.
• Maintain compliance with cannabis regulations and company policies.
