Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on individual needs and keep product knowledge current.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy; support store operations and compliance.
