Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management position.
• Experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrated people management and development skills.
• Strong customer service expertise, including supervising retail associates and handling invoices and cash.
• Professionalism, punctuality, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems for timesheet management, time clocks, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the dispensary team.
• Ensure daily operations exceed performance metrics and customer expectations.
