Job summary

Trulieve in Crawfordville, FL is seeking a Dispensary Associate to join our Retail team. This full-time role guides customers into cannabis, explains product benefits and potential side effects, and ensures compliant purchases under state regulations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will work with store leadership to maintain product knowledge, keep the workstation clean, and handle orders promptly. Prior cash handling and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with varied personalities.
• Excellent people skills and written/verbal communication.
