Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Delivery Driver to securely transport cannabis products to customers, maintain delivery schedules, and uphold high customer service standards in New Jersey. The role requires reliable driving, clear communication, and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities include loading the van, following all laws, performing basic vehicle maintenance, handling delivery documents, and maintaining professional relationships with dispensary staff.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass required background checks, including MVR and state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be compliant with all legal/company regulations for working in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the start of the day for deliveries.
• Interpret and comply with state laws and regulations for medical cannabis delivery.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance (tire checks, fluids, etc.).
• Manage delivery documents and returns for filing.
• Maintain positive relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate promptly about issues during deliveries.
