Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely deliver cannabis products to customers. You will load the van, keep delivery schedules, and provide professional customer service while upholding state cannabis regulations.

This role requires reliable driving, strong communication, and the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance. Prior cannabis experience is not required, with shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is required and demonstrated in past roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of cannabis laws and safety regulations relevant to delivery.
• Professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the start of the day for daytime deliveries.
• Deliver cannabis products to customers while complying with state laws.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and basic inspections.
• Manage delivery documents and manifests, filing appropriately.
• Maintain professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate promptly about any issues during deliveries.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
