Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely transport cannabis products to customers. You’ll load the van, follow state laws, and provide excellent service while maintaining schedules and documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of driving experience, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends. Prior cannabis experience is not required; full-time on-site position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional driving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks, including MVR and state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Availability for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable attendance.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries that will happen throughout the day.
• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis.
• Maintain vehicle and perform routine maintenance tasks (changing tires, check and add fluids, etc).
• Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring proper documents and manifests are filed.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise during deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
