Job summary

Kiva Sales & Service (KSS) is seeking a Delivery Driver to service the Northern California region in Kiva branded vehicles. The role requires an excellent driver, comfortable on the road all day, with occasional customer interactions, and growth within a fast-growing operation.

Responsibilities include daily deliveries, order packing, on-site payments, and maintaining vehicle and inventory. Start times vary; some overnight deliveries may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional driving experience required (not rideshare).
• Must be able to drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required.
• Able to organize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Manager regarding daily deliveries.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers.
• Confirm and pack all orders.
• Complete necessary deliveries to dispensaries in Northern California.
• Verify order accuracy against invoice.
• Collect payments and accurately count cash.
• Process order completion on iPad while in the field.
• Handle materials (lifting 50–55 lbs).
• Create efficient driving routes.
• Maintain inventory and delivery vehicles.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Manager.
