Job summary

Kiva Confections is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver cannabis products across the Northern California region in Kiva branded vehicles. The role requires on‑the‑road work, strong customer service, and accurate handling of cash while maintaining organized routes throughout the day.

You will drive 26‑foot box trucks, interact with dispensaries, confirm orders, and support a fast-growing operation with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional driving experience required.
• Must be able to drive large vehicles (26 foot box truck).
• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle Requirements.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Comfort with using iPad and personal cell phone for vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Manager regarding daily deliveries.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers.
• Confirm and pack all orders.
• Complete deliveries to dispensaries throughout Northern California in Kiva branded vehicles.
• Verify order accuracy with customers and against invoices.
• Collect payments and count cash accurately.
• Process order completions on iPad while in the field.
• Handle materials and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Create efficient driving routes and manage inventory of vehicles.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Manager.
