Job summary

Kiva Sales & Service (KSS) delivers cannabis products daily across Northern California in Kiva branded vehicles. The role requires a dependable driver who is on the road most of the day and engages with customers when needed. You will contribute to a fast-growing operation with daily deliveries and route planning.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years driving, 3+ years customer service, and is comfortable using iPad for orders, with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional driving experience.
• Must be able to drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Minimum of 3 years customer service.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Must meet motor vehicle requirements for driving.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday; start times 6am–9am.
• Ability to drive long distances and tolerate long hours.
• Occasional overnight deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cannabis products to dispensaries across Northern California.
• Confirm and pack all orders; verify against invoice.
• Collect payments and accurately count cash.
• Create efficient driving routes and maintain delivery vehicles.
• Maintain inventory and ensure accurate deliveries in the field.
• Communicate with Manager regarding daily deliveries.
• Keep a professional and friendly demeanor with customers.
• Handle materials safely (up to 50 lbs).
• Complete orders on iPad while in the field.

Job Summary

Kiva will depend on the Delivery Driver to deliver cannabis products to the growing Northern California region in our Kiva branded vehicles. This position requires an excellent driver, comfortable with being on the road throughout the day and enjoying brief encounters with customers on occasion. As part of the team, the qualified individual will participate in the development of a fast growing operation.

• Confirm and pack all orders
• Complete necessary deliveries to dispensaries throughout Northern California while maintaining scheduled appointments
• Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoice
• Responsible for collecting payments and accurately count cash
• Process the completion of orders on iPad while in the field
• Handle materials (lifting 50-55 lbs.)
• Create efficient driving routes
• Responsible for the maintenance of inventory and delivery vehicles
• Miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by Manager
• Minimum of 2 years Professional Driving Experience REQUIRED (No Uber/Lyft/Doordash, etc.)
• Must be able to drive large vehicles (26 foot box truck)
• Minimum of 3 years customer service
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Must be able to meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle Requirements
• Valid California Driver's License
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail is required
• Excellent driving record is required
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Comfort with using iPad & personal cell phone for vendor communication
• Driving In the field 90% of the time
• Covering all of the Northern California territory
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday
• Start times vary between 6am to 9am
• This position requires driving for long distances and tolerating long work hours
• Some overnight deliveries may be required
• Ability to safely drive large van/truck
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• The employee is frequently required to talk or hear; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance.
• The employee is frequently required to sit; walk; stoop.
