Job summary

JARS Cannabis in East Tucson is hiring a full-time Retail Delivery Driver to safely deliver cannabis products to customers' homes using a company vehicle. The role blends driving, compliance, and cash handling with a strong emphasis on professionalism at every stop.

You will follow state and local delivery laws, use company apps for routing, log completed stops, and communicate with Dispatch. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to work at JARS; 25+ for coverage under our vehicle insurance policy
• Prior driving experience with a clean Arizona driving record in the past 5 years
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check as part of the hiring process
• No cannabis industry experience required; full training provided
• Ability to lift and carry delivery bags and stand/walk during shifts

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver cannabis products to customers' homes following all state and local laws
• Handle and count cash payments accurately and professionally, including tips
• Communicate with Dispatch to confirm routes and changes
• Use company apps to navigate routes, log stops, and track deliveries
• Follow safety protocols and wear body camera; never enter a residence
• Perform basic pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections and report issues
• Assist with other duties such as order staging, inventory support, and packaging
