Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Phoenix is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to safely and professionally deliver cannabis products to customers. You will handle cash, use company apps for routing, and maintain safety with mandatory training and background checks.

This role requires open availability for all listed shifts and adherence to state/local delivery laws. A clean driving record in Arizona and a MVR check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older to work at JARS.
• Clean driving record in Arizona for the past 5 years.
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check as part of hiring.
• Open availability for all listed shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cannabis products to customers at their homes safely and professionally.
• Handle cash payments and collect tips.
• Communicate with Dispatch to confirm routes and changes.
• Use company apps and in-vehicle tech to navigate and log stops.
• Follow safety protocols and wear a body camera; do not enter residences.
• Perform basic pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections; report issues.
• Assist with duties such as order staging, inventory support, or packaging.
