Candidates must be reliable, flexible, and customer-focused, with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; a valid driver's license and clean DMV record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 25 years old per state cannabis regulations.
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV record; provide MVR.
• Background check including criminal history, DMV, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in delivery, courier, retail, or cannabis industry preferred.
• Familiarity with cannabis products, regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to customers per scheduled routes.
• Use Motive tech (GPS, dashcams, Hours of Service) to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Verify IDs and ensure regulatory compliance for all deliveries.
• Maintain courteous, professional service and address customer concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and log deliveries with signatures as required.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle condition; report issues promptly.
• Communicate updates or delays to dispatch and management.
• Assist in-store as Budtender when not delivering.
