Job summary

Green Thumb in Maryland is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver cannabis products to customers, ensuring safety and timely service. You will maintain delivery schedules and uphold exceptional customer service standards while following state regulations.

The role requires reliable driving, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts. Prior cannabis experience is not required and training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass required background checks, including Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries.
• Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks (changing tires, checking fluids).
• Manage documents and manifests for medical cannabis delivery.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise during deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
