Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely transport cannabis products to customers while upholding regulatory compliance and delivering outstanding service. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication throughout all deliveries.

You will load the van, navigate routes, and perform basic vehicle checks, while handling delivery paperwork and maintaining positive relationships with dispensaries and customers. The position requires flexibility for shift variations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Background checks including MVR and state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must comply with all legal/company regulations for working in the industry.
• Able to meet varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is required.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the start of the day for deliveries.
• Interpret and follow state laws and regulations for medical cannabis delivery.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks (changing tires, fluids, etc).
• Manage delivery documents and manifests; ensure accurate filing.
• Maintain professional relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate issues timely during deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
