Job summary

Green Dispensary in Nevada is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery of cannabis products. You will verify customer IDs, adhere to SOPs, and upsell when appropriate, while maintaining accurate delivery logs.

The role requires organization, strong communication with customers, and the ability to handle cash in a regulated environment. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, especially with customers over the phone.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating within a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior delivery or cannabis industry experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely and compliant manner.
• Verify customer identification and ensure all deliveries meet legal requirements.
• Always follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Contact customers prior to delivery to review orders, confirm details, and upsell/add-ons.
• Notify customers when you are on the route to provide accurate delivery timing.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain delivery logs and required documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Green Dispensary brand professionally.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
