House of Dank Holdings, LLC is seeking Delivery Dispatchers to assist in order fulfillment, route scheduling, and communication throughout the cannabis delivery process. Responsibilities include data entry into the POS system, verifying customer eligibility, verifying IDs, preparing orders, and coordinating with drivers. The role requires strong computer skills, clear communication, and the ability to multitask; prior dispatching experience is preferred but training is available.

Formación

• Proven ability to operate computer systems and POS software.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dispatching experience is preferred but training can be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Enter information into POS system and verify customer eligibility and ID.
• Follow defined processes while preparing product.
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders.
• Schedule and route deliveries for drivers.
• Create delivery manifests for orders.
• Coordinate orders with drivers via direct communication.
• Notify customers of order issues by phone.
• Cross-train on other positions when needed.
