Stash Ventures is hiring a Full-Time Cannabis Consultant (Budtender) to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will handle check-ins, product guidance, and inventory while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will work with a team to maintain dispensary operations, update menus, and support weekly audits. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and a passion for customer service in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Cannabis knowledge is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to accommodate weekends, holidays and evening hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest personally with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Answer, direct, and route calls professionally.
• Enter, verify, and store guest IDs and documentation for records.
• Operate computer systems to check-in guests and perform tasks.
• Notify staff of guest arrivals and manage flow to ensure a positive experience.
• Perform clerical tasks like typing, filing, and mail distribution.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient service.
• Maintain and stock dispensary areas according to company standards.
