Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in a related cultivation or production role.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and follow detailed instructions.
• Must be 21+ and able to register as cannabis agent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in heights and tight spaces.
• Comfortable with plant care and basic horticulture knowledge.
• Must comply with industry laws, regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth in grow rooms.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by Cultivation Manager.
• Monitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment within the facility and production areas.
• Document cultivation logs and nutrient/substance applications for plants.
• Provide support to cultivation and harvest teams to achieve production goals.
• Follow plant scheduling to accurately project plant need.
