Job summary

GrowSciences is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support cannabis plants through the cultivation cycle, with a focus on the vegetative stage. You will perform daily plant care, propagation, transplanting, pruning, irrigation, environmental monitoring, and sanitation in a licensed Arizona facility.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to learn, with prior cannabis cultivation or plant-care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous cannabis cultivation, horticulture, agriculture, or plant-care experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of plant health and cannabis growth cycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care throughout the cultivation cycle with emphasis on vegetative growth.
• Assist with pot filling, transplanting, pruning, training, defoliation, spacing, and table cleaning.
