Job summary

The Cultivation Flowering Associate at 4Front Ventures supports the Flowering Supervisors and Managers in plant care, transplanting, pruning, trellising, IPM, harvesting, trimming, drying, and cleaning within our Cultivation department. They help ensure efficient workflow and maintain a clean, compliant growing area.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, 21+, USA resident, and eagerness to learn. Prior horticulture or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21+ and resident of the USA.
• Dispensing ID card obtainable on hire.
• 1+ year horticulture or agriculture experience.
• 1+ year production/manufacturing experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Basic math, organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily plant inspections for pests, pathogens and disease.
• Follow pruning, trellising, harvesting, drying, and curing protocols.
• Perform day-to-day plant care throughout growth and harvest.
• Conduct routine cleaning to keep area tidy.
• Support team and update logs related to scope.
