Job summary

Verano's Cultivation team in Palatka, Florida seeks a dedicated Cultivation Specialist to assist in plant management and propagation. The role involves growth, sanitation, tracking plants from clone to harvest, and collaborating with the Cultivation Manager to meet production goals.

The position requires physical stamina, comfort with heights and tight spaces, and the ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines in a regulated cultivation environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instruction and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with state cannabis commission as an agent.
• Willing to learn about operate and maintain facility equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth and appearance in grow rooms.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by Cultivation Manager.
• Monitor quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
• Catalogue, track, and organize plants from clone-to-harvest using the track and trace system.
• Provide support to additional cultivation and harvest teams to achieve production goals.
