Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to provide on-site support across multiple grow rooms in a Florida facility. You will help maintain plant health from propagation to pre-harvest, enforce quality controls, and follow SOPs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You may be cross-trained to assist other cultivation and harvest teams, document inputs, monitor environmental conditions, and uphold a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a related position.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn facility equipment and safety protocols.
• Comfortable with heights, soil, water, and tight spaces.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with cannabis state commission.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management, fertilization, pest monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant health in grow rooms.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by Cultivation Manager.
• Monitor and maintain quality control per state and local laws and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment within facility and production areas.
• Inform Cultivation Manager of any system discrepancies immediately.
• Catalogue, track, and organize plants from clone to harvest using our track-and-trace system.
