Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Cultivation Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the cultivation facility in compliance with state regulations. You will support cultivation staff, manage schedules, train team members, and ensure accurate inventory and documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Cultivation Manager, maintaining a clean facility, and ensuring environmental conditions support high-quality plant production.

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies.
• Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies.
• Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies.
• 1-3 years’ experience in cannabis production or agriculture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cultivation Manager with staff scheduling, cultivation processes, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Serve as a resource for staff on products, policies, and regulations; help resolve conflicts.
• Delegate tasks to cultivation agents to maintain a compliant, clean facility.
• Oversee the cultivation zone and ensure proper documentation and compliance with state standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee transitions in product development and environmental controls.
• Meet crop production deadlines (cloning, transplanting, harvesting, sanitation).
• Monitor plant health and maintain cultivation equipment and sanitation.
